The MRKT Emerges As Stand-Alone Agency & Branches Off From Terry Hines & Associates

The MRKT Co. is branching off from Terry Hines & Associates and will operate as a stand-alone agency, new entity co-owners — Marcos Barron, Bree Bosselmann, Venessa Fraguio and Grant Nemirow — announced.

Clients of the multicultural marketing agency that will be carried over to this new formation include Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland Resort, Warner Bros, Paramount, ESPN, Sony, NBCU, and top streaming platforms like Amazon, Hulu, Max, Peacock and Disney+.

“The MRKT was conceived with a mission to seed greater diversity into the sector,” Barron said in a statement. “Now, as we take the helm as owners, this vision is further realized. Being a Minority Owned Business amplifies our commitment. It’s not just about leadership representation, but about actively reshaping industry standards through our collective, diverse insights.”

With 13 years at The MRKT, Bosselmann says that the company’s “ethos has always been rooted in championing and uplifting diverse voices. As a majority-minority and women-led firm, we’re taking a significant step towards better representing the breadth of the US landscape, while also underscoring the essential role women hold in driving progress and change in our industry.”

Bridging entertainment brands and cultural nuances, Fraguio will continue to bring insight “As a representative of both the Hispanic community and women in leadership, our agency embodies true diversity. We take pride in our diverse identities, which inspire and propel our work in the industry.”

Nemirow reflected on the company’s journey adding, “Witnessing The MRKT’s evolution, culminating in The MRKT Co, is a longtime goal of ours that has officially been realized. The MRKT Co. is actively pursuing the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) certifications.
