Movida at Hotel Madrid adds rooftop bar and patio as part of expansion
The Spanish tapas restaurant, Movida at Hotel Madrid, 600 S. 6th St., is expanding with a new rooftop bar and patio, owner Stand Eat Drink Hospitality announced Tuesday in a news release.
Movida will also add a new dining room, kitchen and first-floor terrace.
The Walker's Point restaurant will host a grand opening Friday with a happy hour at the rooftop and dinner in its new dining room.
Movida will have more than 12,000 square feet of indoor dining and event space, according to a news release.
The expansion will add views of downtown Milwaukee's skyline from the rooftop as part of two floors of outdoor dining.
The rooftop bar and patio will be open daily starting at 4 p.m. and all day on weekends starting at 10 a.m.
