Motown Mingle headed to Five Points Civic Plaza this Friday

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Norfolk Park and Recreation is set to host Motown Mingle at Five Points Civic Plaza and Park this Friday.

The event is scheduled on April 26 from 6-9 p.m., and will feature performances from BJ Griffin Band, known for their appearance on season 16 of America’s Got Talent.

Food from Latin 2 Soul, Yolee’s G-Dawgz and Ben and Jerry’s will be available to attendees, as well as various family activities and arts and crafts.

The event is pedestrian-friendly and alcohol-free.

Motown Mingle is free and open to the public, rain or shine.
