Motörhead Announce Overkill and Bomber Reissues

New editions of their 1979 releases kick off a career-spanning reissue campaign

Motörhead have announced a new career-spanning reissue series. The first entries are their two 1979 releases, Overkill and Bomber. The albums will be available in deluxe editions as 2xCD and 3xLP vinyl sets featuring new remasters, additional live material, and a hardbound book with interviews, photos, and memorabilia. Both albums will also be compiled in the 1979 box set, featuring both albums on vinyl along with B-sides, outtakes, and rare tracks. The box also comes with sheet music, badges, and their Bomber tour programme. The releases are all out October 25 via BMG. Head to Motörhead’s website for more information.
