Henry Hyde: We may as all face facts that neither side represents us well. But in Trumps defense, and something all of you should really be concerned about, is the only reason Trump has been met with such resistance and venom is because he is not part of the establishment. That means that going forward, we the people will only be able to vote for the "establishment" if we want to see a "normal functioning" government, as opposed to an absolutely chaotic one. We should all fear that kind of disobedience in our chain of command. It doesn't speak well for either party to constantly attack a man and his family, and try to rig things against him, especially the leader of our nation. I feel the president has a right to investigate crimes against him from his opponents during the election process, and if anyone running for president is suspect of doing something illegal, the investigation should be treated fairly for all, including the likes of Biden which are so blatantly overlooked. Can you imagine being the leader of a nation, voted for by the people, and have every news outlet against you simply due to partisanship, constantly pumping out mistruths and deception? Not to mention the establishment holding you, and only you, to the smallest degree of each and every law ever written? That's not right and it's something we all should fear.
