‘Morning Joe’ Gang Laughs At Marco Rubio’s High-Heeled Boots
The coverage of the 2016 presidential election has been slowly descending into carnival-style entertainment, and this buzzy moment is no exception. Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida was recently seen sporting a pair of snazzy black boots with high(ish) heels that caused the internet to go aflutter. It caught the attention of the gang over at MSNBC’s Morning Joe.
“Did he really wear that on the campaign trail? … Stop the presses! I really don’t believe he wore those boots. Did he really do that?” a befuddled Joe Scarborough asked. “This is straight out of an Austin Powers movie. And you’re wearing that in New Hampshire?”
