Morgan Wade Made Her RHOBH Debut and Kyle Richards Revealed *a Lot* About Their “Close” Friendship

Kyle Richards’ friend, up-and-coming country singer Morgan Wade, made her Bravo debut on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13, Episode 6.

In the process, Kyle opened up about her friendship with Morgan as well as how they came to be friends in the first place. What’s more, the two bonded over their shared love of tattoos as Kyle got another piece of ink added.

How Kyle Richards and Morgan Wade Met

Kyle’s tattoo artist posed this question, but before she could answer, Morgan joked, “She stalked me.”

“I stalked her, I did,” Kyle said, adding in a confessional interview, “I heard Morgan's music and I was like, 'Oh my god, who is this girl with this voice and these lyrics? And I followed her [on Instagram].”

Upon making that discovery, Morgan said she told her friends and they promptly “freak[ed] out,” especially once they saw that Kyle had also shared Morgan’s music to her Instagram Story. “They were like, 'Oh my gosh, it's Kyle Richards!’”

Kyle then cheekily noted, “Yeah, 'cause I wanted to get your attention.”

Fast-forward to today, and Kyle and Morgan are now “very close friends,” Kyle said. “We talk every day.”

What Kyle Richards Likes About Morgan Wade

Continuing to discuss their bond in a confessional, Kyle explained, “Morgan is 100 percent herself — no excuses, no apologies. And there was something very freeing about that to me. I'm someone who is always so worried about everything being so together and perfect that I honestly was just really taken by that.”

That’s not all Kyle appreciates about Morgan, though; They also have a lot in common beyond their shared love of tattoos. “Morgan has been sober for six years, and it is nice to have friends that you have things in common with,” Kyle said. “We like to work out, we don't like to drink. It's nice to surround yourself with like-minded people.”

Kyle Richards Reacts to the Confusion Over Her Friendship with Morgan Wade

But while Kyle may have a strong understanding of her bond with Morgan, the same can’t be said for everyone else. As she put it on RHOBH, “People are really confused by our friendship.”

Morgan then revealed that prior to her arrival at the tattoo shop, she had even “got into a fight with someone on [her] Instagram about Kyle. “Something about my tattoos and ‘Well, Kyle's trying to look like this.’ And I was like ‘Who cares?’” she recalled before joking, “ I mean, they're gonna assume you're having a midlife crisis with the extra tattoo, but...”
