Mom’s hilarious Alexa request cracks toddler up: ‘This just made my day’

This parent on TikTok shared a video of her toddler’s overjoyed reaction after she asked her Amazon Alexa to fart, and it’s so funny that even viewers’ Alexa devices have something to say about it.

TikToker Ashley King (@dermaclara) is a parent and founder of the skincare brand Dermaclara, who posts business-related content in addition to the occasional clip of her son, Harrison, on her company’s account. Recently, King shared a video where she asks her Amazon Alexa to fart, much to Harrison’s delight, and viewers, as well as their own Alexas, are loving the toddler’s sense of humor.

The clip opens with a shot of Harrison standing in the kitchen and looking at the camera with eager anticipation.

Alexa, can you fart?” King asks the virtual assistant, and the camera zooms in on Harrison, dressed adorably in little striped sweatpants and a shirt with cartoon animals. Smiling ear-to-ear, the toddler steps one tiny foot forward before giving a cheeky side-eye.

Suddenly, Alexa lets one rip. Harrison looks up at the ceiling, marveling at the fart heard ‘round the room. He fixes his gaze back on the camera and lets out a hearty giggle before the video comes to a close.

In addition to viewers’ responses, many of their own Amazon Alexas felt the need to chime in as well.

“I just died. My Alexa picked your voice up and said, ‘Come close to me,’ then she farted. She said, ‘I have another one brewing.’ I’m dead,” shared one user.

“Alexa can fart 100 times in a row. I know [because] my son asked her,” one parent mentioned.

“My Alexa is refusing,” said one TikToker.

“Aww, he already has a sense of humor,” another viewer complimented.
If the comments are any indicator, fart jokes and sounds will always be funny no matter how old you are.
