Valentine’s Day is just a little more than two weeks away, and Molly Sims is here to help you prep. The actress and model dropped several spicy photos on Instagram of herself wearing lingerie and holding a pink cake to celebrate the big day (and promote her gift guide).

“Have your cake and eat it too 🎂😉,” she wrote in the caption, before plugging her Valentine’s Day gift guide. BTW, it includes things like a Dyson Airwrap and Chanel nail polish.

Swipe through the pics, and you’ll see the 49-year-old in high-waisted black briefs and a lacy bra, which she paired with her super-sculpted abs and strong legs. Then, there’s Molly showing off her toned arms as she shows the camera to the cake, followed by more outtakes from the shoot.

People were *all* about it in the comments. “Gorgeous 🔥🔥🔥,” said one, while another wrote, “Good golly, Miss Molly.” Uh, yeah.

But how did Molly get so strong? Glad you asked! For starters, just hop on over to her Instagram account, where you’ll see things like a video of Molly completely crushing a Pilates workout. Or Molly in a gorgeous mustard-colored sports bra and matching leggings on the Reformer, working her thighs, booty, and arms as one of her kiddos hangs on the machine. “Had a little company during this morning’s workout!” she wrote over top of one video.

The next video shows Molly doing one-legged squats on the Reformer while clutching a dumbbell in each hand as her dog Ruby snoozes below.

These aren't just one-off workouts: Molly previously told The Newsette that she loves exercising, and (tries) to get in her workouts before her kids get up. That can mean doing the Tracy Anderson Method or Dance Body in her home gym, she said.

“I get about 20 minutes to train by myself before one of my kiddos interrupts and tries to join me,” she shared.

Molly also likes to keep things fresh. “I love Megan Roup's Sculpt Society, I love hot pilates with Shannon Nadj,” she told Hollywood Life. “I think my body does better when I do different things.”

Also in the mix? Circuit training, like this one she shared on Instagram, featuring jumping squats, push-ups, tricep dips, and much more. “On good days, work out. On bad days, work out harder,” she shared in the caption.

Naturally, Molly eats well, too. She previously told Women’s Health that she’s into intermittent fasting, and likes to have a smoothie for breakfast, followed by a protein-packed salad at lunchtime. “I'll do either a salmon salad with butter lettuce or mesclun greens and black olives plus sweet potatoes for heartiness and roasted almonds for crunch," she shared. “I love a hearty salad.”

And in case you're looking for a little breakfast inspo, check out the recipe (and shop the items) in Molly's go-to smoothie.

Be right back: Gotta go try that circuit training workout.
