Castle's Molly Quinn Reacts to 'Horrible' Stana Katic News, Reminds Fans: 'Nathan Fillion IS Castle'

Molly Quinn is the latest Castle vet to sound off on The Shocking Exit Heard ‘Round the Globe.

Early Tuesday, the actress took to Twitter to lament the departure of Stana Katic as well as fellow co-star Tamala Jones. “Yesterday was a horrible day,” she conceded. “I work[ed] with [Stana and Tamala] for 8 yrs. I love them. I’m heartbroken.”

In a second tweet, Quinn reminded irate fans that she has zero control “over what happens” on the long-running ABC procedural, adding, “But if we come back [next season], I promise Nathan Fillion will bring all of you a damn fine show.”

And in response to a fan’s insistence that, “It’s not Castle without Beckett,” Quinn tweeted the following:

Quinn’s comments landed just hours before TV dad Nathan Fillion broke his silence on Katic’s dismissal. Meanwhile, Castle costars Jon Huertas, Seamus Dever and Susan Sullivan shared their reactions on Monday.
