MLW Fusion Results – August 24, 2023

This week’s episode of MLW Fusion kicked off with some in-ring action straightaway.

The Second Gear Crew defeated The Calling and The Samoan SWAT Team

  • Matthew Justice hit a top rope splash on Delirious to score the pinfall victory for his team.

A video package plays, recapping the rivalry between Delmi Exo and B3CCA. It’s announced that Exo will be out for the next 2 to 3 weeks based on the attack from B3CCA last week.

They play another video package to announce that Nolo Kitano is on his way to Major League Wrestling.

After all of the teases, Major League Wrestling announced a partnership with New Japan Pro-Wrestling. It will begin during the MLW Fury Road premium live event on September 3.

It’s announced that New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s KUSHIDA will take on Tony Deppen at MLW Fury Road next month.

Willie Mack defeated Love, Doug, Ken Broadway, Nolo Kitano, and O’Shay Edwards in a scramble match

  • Willie Mack hits a Frog Splash on Ken Broadway to score the pinfall victory.

Jacob Fatu defeated AKIRA via disqualification

  • Rickey Shane Page gets involved and attacks Jacob Fatu, resulting in the match ending in a DQ.

Jacob Fatu is attended to at ringside by referees when MLW Fusion goes off the air.
