Major League Wrestling presented MLW Azteca Lucha on May 11 from Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois. Mistico, Matt Riddle, Satoshi Kojima, and other stars competed.

The results, courtesy of Cagematch, are as follows:

  • Atlantis, Guerrero Maya Jr. & Jesus Rodriguez def. Felino, Villano III Jr. & Virus

  • Mads Krugger attacked Bill Alfonso.

  • MLW National Openweight Championship: Bad Dude Tito def. Rickey Shane Page (c) to win the title.

  • Atlantis Jr. def. Ultimo Guerrero

  • MLW World Tag Team Championship: CozyMAX (Okumura & Satoshi Kojima) def. The Second Gear Crew (1 Called Manders & Matthew Justice) to win the vacant titles.

  • Matt Riddle def. Josh Bishop (with Saint Laurent)

  • Sami Callihan attacked Matt Riddle, and they brawled until they were separated.

  • Averno & Magnus def. Fuego & Star Jr.

  • MLW World Middleweight Championship: Mistico (with Cesar Duran) (c) def. Barbaro Cavernario

  • Salina de la Renta steals Cesar Duran’s key and opens the door to the secret to lucha libre. She finds two masked men.

The MLW World Tag Team Championship had been held by Tom Lawlor and Davey Boy Smith Jr., but they were vacated due to injury.

Rickey Shane Page previously won the MLW National Openweight Championship by defeating Jacob Fatu at MLW Fury Road 2023.
