MLB Star Shane Bieber Gets Called 'Justin' on His Own Baseball Card!

Shane Bieber is a pitcher with the Cleveland Indians, has a 10-4 record with a 3.40 ERA, and was named MVP of the All-Star Game last month and he STILL is getting confused for Justin Bieber.

Shane shared a photo on Saturday of his Topps baseball card. The back of the card reads, "Justin was particularly comfortable on the road, where went a team-record 7-0 and was undefeated in 11 starts.

In the photo, Shane circled the word "Justin" twice, since ... ya know ... IT'S NOT HIS NAME!

He captioned the photo, "Nice

To their credit, Topps made light of the gaffe and responded, "Is it too late to say sorry"

Shane laughed and seemed to take the mistake in stride and responded, "Hahaha ok touché."

Last August, during Major League Baseball's Players' Weekend, players were allowed to put nicknames on the back of their jerseys. Shane chose, "Not Justin."

The 24-year-old said he was used to people making Justin Bieber jokes around him, so he decided to just run with it.

"You know it's there. And it's kind of fun and it's kind of fun to play along with," Bieber said. "I just thought I'd kind of lean into the joke a little bit. I texted a couple buddies and they were like, 'Man, you've got to lean into it.' They said it would be funny, so I went for it.

He added, "A lot of people like to make the joke and try to mistake me for him. So, I thought I'd make it obvious and put it on the back of my jersey to let everyone know I'm not Justin Bieber."
