Mitt Romney Reads Mean Tweets From Donald Trump
On Tuesday’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, former presidential candidate Mitt Romney continued his campaign to stop Donald Trump from being elected president. The former governor of Massachusetts has been getting a lot of flak from Trump supporters, and he took a moment to read a mean tweet from Donald Trump. It read “Mitt Romney had his chance and blew it. Lindsey Graham ran for president, got ZERO, and quit! Why are they now spokesmen against me? SAD!” Mitt Romney responded, “The only people I know who got zero were the ones who paid 25 grand to be at Trump University.”
He also responded to tweets from Trump supporters. One read, “@MittRomney = loser, who are you any way, and by the way where do u buy the shoe polish u wear in your hair? #trump2016” Mitt Romney responded, “That’s true actually, I lost. You may not have noticed.” He added about the shoe polish, “I buy it at Costco in bulk.”
