Missy Elliott, Ciara, Busta Rhymes and Timbaland to perform at Hampton Coliseum

Last fall, hip-hop star Missy Elliott returned home to donate $50,000 to the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority.

This fall, the Portsmouth native is once again coming back to Hampton Roads — for a concert.

She will perform Aug. 2 at the Hampton Coliseum along with singer-songwriter Ciara and rap legend Busta Rhymes on her national tour, Missy Elliott — Out of this World: The Experience. Timbaland, another Hampton Roads native from Norfolk, will join them on stage as a special guest.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, with a select presale beginning Thursday. Ticket prices have yet to be announced.
