'Missing Link': Hugh Jackman’s explorer meets, smells Zach Galifianakis's bigfoot (exclusive clip)
Occasionally we’ll find ourselves never realizing how much we wanted to see two actors work together until they’re right there in front of us. Even if we’re only hearing their voices.
In Missing Link, the latest animated adventure for the powerhouse stop-motion house Laika (Coraline, Kubo and the Two Strings), that pairing is Hugh Jackman and Zach Galifianakis.
And in the exclusive clip above, you can watch Hollywood’s most musical superhero and the dry, fern-loving comedian cross paths for the first time.
Jackman is Sir Lionel Frost, a “myths and monsters investigator” who travels to the Pacific Northwest in search of a Bigfoot. Clearly, Frost finds the creature, and Mr. Link, a.k.a. Susan (Galifianakis), is a speaking, writing, weight-conscious, chess-playing sweetheart.
Written and directed by Chris Butler, Missing Link also features the voices of Zoe Saldana, Emma Thompson, Steven Fry and Timothy Olyphant.
