Miss City of Colleges Karie Miller is learning hands-on
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Miss City of Colleges Karie Miller is competing in the 2024 Miss Arkansas Pageant.
Miller stopped by KARK 4 News to talk about her service which is hands on learning, as well as her talent, which is sign language interpretation.
In addition to competing in Miss Arkansas, Miller loves true crime.
