Miranda Lambert Shows Some Skin in Plunging Gown With Thigh-High Slit

Miranda Lambert strolled onto the Academy of Country Music Awards 2024 red carpet on Thursday, May 16, looking stunning, with her husband, Brendan McLoughlin, accompanying her at the event.

Lambert rocked a black gown featuring a daring neckline that plunged all the way down to the turquoise and silver belt she wore around her waist. The dress also featured a thigh-high slit that showed off her silver sandals, the straps of which wrapped several times around her ankles.

A linked silver choker held the halter-styled dress up around Lambert's neck, its light blue detailing matching her belt and the chunky turquoise earrings that stood out against her wavy blonde hair. She paired the look with a silver clutch, a couple of small rings on her left hand and a large turquoise ring on her right hand.

The awards show was held in Frisco, Texas, at the Ford Center at The Star, with Reba McEntire taking on hosting duties again–marking her 17th time.

While Lambert wasn't nominated for any awards this year, she attended the show as a performer, joining other country music greats like Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Kelsea Ballerini and more.

Lambert also attended the ACM Awards in 2023, where she made jaws drop with her red carpet look. With her husband by her side, she rocked a royal blue dress with a rhinestone-embellished top that featured a low-cut V neckline. She matched the dress with blue pointed-toe heels, which she showed off on the carpet with the high-thigh slit on her right side.

Fans have high hopes that Lambert will be back for the 2025 ACM Awards as a nominee, as the singer has a highly-anticipated album coming out this year. The 40-year-old released "Wranglers" as the album's lead single on May 3, though she hasn't shared details yet on the album's title or release date.
