Longtime collaborators Miranda Lambert and Jon Randall have announced Big Loud Texas, a partnership between themselves and the Nashville-based label Big Loud Records.

Lambert and Randall will be directly involved in signing and developing artists on the roster. Randall will also serve as president of A&R for Big Loud Texas and contribute as a producer.

In March, Lambert announced that she was leaving Sony Music Nashville, where she was signed for most of her two-decade-long Music City career.

"Since I was 19 years old, Sony has been my home in Nashville," Lambert stated via social media. "Over the last 20 years together, we have released albums that allowed me to share my story with the world, and we've reached heights I'd never even dreamed were possible.

"I'm so thankful for our time together and everything they made possible for me, yet I wouldn't be true to myself if I wasn't constantly looking for the next challenge and a new way to stretch my creativity. With that in mind, I've decided to say goodbye to my Sony family. I can't wait to see what the next adventure holds."

Her label partner Randall, a Grammy, CMA and ACM award winner, has three decades of history in Nashville's music industry, spreading from Emmylou Harris and Alison Krauss to Dierks Bentley and Brad Paisley and more, including Lambert's 2021 Grammy-nominated album "The Marfa Tapes" and 2022 album "Palomino."

"Every time I'm back home, I get to hear the incredible talent our state produces, and I feel a responsibility to help get more of those Texas voices heard," Lambert said. "I'm really excited to team up with my buddy Jon Randall and Big Loud to do just that. Get ready, y'all — we're bringing even more Texas to town."

Added Randall: "When I was a kid playing in bands and kicking around Texas, I knew that making music was all I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

"Since then, I've gotten to play with so many of my heroes, produce legends and friends and travel all over the world … but all those roads lead right back home. I feel very blessed to share this full circle moment with one of my best pals, Miranda Lambert, and help some other dreamers chase their song around the world."

Big Loud Texas will serve as a dedicated imprint of Big Loud Records.

For the past decade, the label has gained over 30 billion global on-demand streams, nearly 50 U.S. and Canadian No. 1 airplay hits and 70-plus RIAA-certified titles via a roster of artists including Morgan Wallen, Lauren Alaina, HARDY, Ernest, Hailey Whitters, MacKenzie Porter, Larry Fleet, Charles Wesley Godwin, Stephen Wilson Jr., Dallas Smith, Maggie Rose, Griffen Palmer, Shawn Austin, Lily Rose, Jake Worthington, Ashley Cooke, Lauren Watkins, and Zandi Holup.

"I've admired what Miranda and Jon have done — both as musicians and as champions of young talent — for many years, so it's an honor to join forces in this way," Big Loud CEO/partner Seth England said. "One of the most important things to us at Big Loud is to align with cultural camaraderie. Texas exudes that spirit, and no one knows that better than Miranda and Jon."
