Running away at the stroke of midnight in glass slippers can be dangerous — and so can rehearsal for Dancing With the Stars.

On Tuesday's special Disney100 theme night, season 32 contestant Mira Sorvino danced a waltz to "A Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes" from Cinderella with partner Gleb Savchenko. The two looked the portrait of a princess and her prince charming, except for the noticeable bandage or brace on Sorvino's wrist.

Cohost Julianne Hough asked Sorvino about why her wrist was wrapped and the Oscar winner explained that she had injured it in rehearsal the night before. "I slipped. I overdid it yesterday," she said.

Sorvino added that she had the accident after Savchenko had left rehearsal for the night, when she decided to stay late to practice her spins a few more times and she slipped. Because the injury was so recent, Sorvino isn't sure of the extent of the damage. "It's sprained or possibly fractured, but hopefully not fractured," she added.

The duo have been consistently in the middle of the pack on season 32 of the ABC show. Last week, they scored 26 out of 40 for their rumba. Their waltz nabbed them 21 out of 30, earning a seven from each of the judges, marking her best finish thus far this season.

If her wrist heels quickly, Sorvino should be able to continue pursuing her DWTS happily-ever-after. But the actress has had a rough few years. In 2022, her father, Paul Sorvino, also an actor, died at the age of 83. Prior to that, she found herself under a microscope as a prominent voice in Hollywood's Time's Up movement. Sorvino spoke out as a survivor of sexual assault as one of Harvey Weinstein's accusers.

Dancing With the Stars airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC and Disney+, and streams the following day on Hulu.
