Cooking for one definitely has its perks. There’s less clean up, zero input from others on what you’re cooking and no one to judge you when you decide to have Pizza Rolls with a side of ice cream for dinner. However, the part about less cleanup is definitely at the top of the list.
If you tend to use your oven a lot, these miniature sheet pans are perfect for small, single-serving meals or heating up quick snacks. They’re hand-wash only, but small enough that you can clean them in under two minutes in your sink. The baking pans measure 10 inches by 7 inches and come in a pack of two for only $11 (or $8.80 if you’re a Beyond+ member).

Back in June 2021, Bed Bath & Beyond launched its own kitchen line called Our Table. The line includes affordable cookware, tools and dinnerware — and includes these mini baking pans. However, Bed Bath & Beyond has actually decided to call them “Burger Sheets,” as they’re intended more for serving burgers than making them.
Line them with parchment paper, top with fries and add a straight-off-the-grill burger and BOOM! It is like you’re at a restaurant. However, the pans are oven-safe up to 450° F, so don’t be shy, you can definitely cook with them too!
The mini baking pans (fine, Burger Sheets) are pure aluminum, so they ensure a rapid and even heat distribution while cooking. The product description also says that they’re “reinforced, professional-grade bakeware” and “designed to never rust.”
Bed Bath & Beyond shoppers have given the pans mostly positive reviews since they launched about a month ago.
“These are very sturdy little pans,” wrote one reviewer. “Pretty thick. Not your typical thin aluminum pans. I cooked turkey burgers on them, and the results were very good. I used tinfoil on them for easy clean up. I highly recommend [it].
However, on a personal note, I recently got the Our Table Burger Sheets for heating up leftovers, frozen flatbreads and making a side of roasted veggies with dinner — and I’m kind of obsessed. I have a standard NYC kitchen with a small oven, a tiny sink and no dishwasher. So, you could say that they’re pretty perfect for my setup.
Of course, if you have a toaster oven, you could also use these aluminum sheets in there.
For only $11, the Our Table Aluminum Burger Sheets are worth the buy. But the fact that they’re so versatile in their uses makes them my new favorite kitchen accessory.
