Miniature 'Ant-Man' Billboards Pop Up Across Australia

Disney and Marvel continue to embrace the tininess of their tiniest superhero, Ant-Man. First, there was the “Ant-sized” teaser trailer that dropped in advance of a trailer actual human beings could see without a magnifying glass.

Now, thanks to a handful of Reddit users, we’ve got a look at these miniature Ant-Man billboards turning up in recent days around Australia, presumably a marketing stunt for the Paul Rudd-starring actioner hitting theaters this July:

The signs have been spotted in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Queensland, where they’ve been displayed on top of trash cans, next to public benches, and other places where they’d probably be stolen if marketers tried the same thing in the U.S.

It’s all fun and clever, but say it works: Do we really want ants swarming in theaters with us when the film arrives this summer?

Ant-Man opens July 17.
