Milo Ventimiglia is loving married life!

During an appearance on Friday's episode of The Talk, the This Is Us star, 46, opened up about his latest role — husband. The actor secretly tied the knot with model Jarah Mariano last year in a private ceremony surrounded by a close circle of family and friends.

After guest co-host Justin Long asked him if he finds "it weird now all of a sudden using that language," Ventimiglia said he's embracing his husband title.

"Not at all," he replied. "I think before we actually got married, in my head — and just knowing her — [Mariano] was always my wife."

"So that's my take on it," he added of being married. "It's not a change, it's not a difference. Like, I never take my ring off. I'm just very excited."

Long — who also got married last year, to actress Kate Bosworth — then admitted that he thought having to wear a wedding ring would be "stifling" but found he actually likes it. Although, he sheepishly admitted that he's already onto his second one.

"I lost it. I lost my ring," Long, 45, told Ventimiglia. "This is a second ring." The Goosebumps star previously shared during a November 2023 appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark that his ring went missing not long after his wedding to Bosworth, 41.

The ring discussion between Long and Ventimiglia prompted co-host Sheryl Underwood to interject to share the female perspective on men and their wedding bands.

"I'm going to let y'all know something you don't know about women. We can feel and hear when that ring is coming off your finger," she joked, prompting a big laugh from Bosworth, who was watching from the front row of the audience.

Last week, Ventimiglia shared an update on married life, telling Extra that "things are good" with him and Mariano, 39. "We've had relationships that have come and have gone and then you get to a point where you kind of meet your match and meet someone that inspires you in a way different than anybody else," he said.

"I'm grateful for [Mariano] and I’m happy to have arrived in this moment, so married life is nice," he added.

Shortly after the news of his marriage broke in October, The Company You Keep star briefly addressed being officially off the market. "I'm sure there's a few broken hearts — female and male, I don't know, maybe," Ventimiglia joked on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
