The "Resident Evil" and "Monster Hunter" actress and model previously shared a post calling for King's return to Instagram.

Resident Evil actress and supermodel Milla Jovovich has walked back a social media post calling for Shaun King's return to Instagram, after King revealed that the site's parent company, Meta, had banned him from the platform "for fighting for Palestine," he said in a Facebook video.

After deleting an earlier post praising King and urging his reinstatement on the social media site, the 48-year-old Monster Hunter and Hellboy star shared a follow-up message Wednesday in which she apologized for posting about King amid sustained criticism for the journalist.

"I deleted my last post about Shaun King because I realized that it brought pain to some of my nearest and dearest loved ones who feel he is anti-Semitic. I don’t know if he is or not, but I will never let politics draw a wedge between me and mine," Jovovich wrote. "I’ve always loved ALL people and judge people individually by their actions, not their race or religion. I am so sorry to those I hurt. You know who you are and I love you dearly."

EW has reached out to representatives for Jovovich, King, and Meta for comment.

On Monday, King shared a Facebook video in which he said that Meta was "tracking" his IP address after his sustained support for Palestinians amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.

"While I am frustrated that Instagram has banned me for fighting for Palestine, and speaking up for the human rights and dignity of Palestinians, I refuse to betray my values and principles by staying silent about this genocide and the war crimes in Gaza and the West Bank," he wrote alongside the video. "You can NEVER mince words about genocide. You can never mince words about war crimes."

King also faced criticism in the past over accusations of lying about his background — which he slammed as "all lies" in a 2015 Daily Kos essay — as well as from key members within the Black Lives Matter movement.

Jovovich's Instagram apology has since been deleted.
