Miley Cyrus' New Tattoo Was Inspired By Italian Trip With Kaitlynn Carter

Miley Cyrus added a new addition to her tattoo collection and this one has to do with her rumored new girlfriend, Kaitlynn Carter.

The "She Is Coming" singer got freshly inked by celebrity tattoo artist Dr. Woo apparently the same day her estranged husband, Liam Hemsworth, filed for divorce.

The tattoo artist shared a picture of Miley's new ink on Wednesday evening.

On her forearm, it appears the singer recreated the Biscione -- the emblem of the House of Visconti and the symbol of the city of Milan -- which she saw while on vacation. It features a serpent eating a child with the name Leticia Jean above it.

"Cool old sculpture @mileycryus found in Italy," Dr. Woo captioned the snap.

Amazingly, it seems Miley was able to sightsee in between lip-locking "The Hills" star.

As The Blast reported, the singer was away with Kaitlynn when her separation from Hemsworth was announced.

The same day, the girls were photographed making out on their yacht.

Since their trip, Miley and Kaitlynn have been inseparable.

The rumored couple shocked everyone when they attempted to play nice with Kaitlynn's estranged ex, Brody Jenner, by sending him a joint gift for his birthday with a handwritten note.

Kaitlynn and Brody's split was announced just days before Miley and Liam's, and it appears the gift mended the fences between that love triangle.

Miley and Kaitlynn have yet to address their relationship, but the singer's older sister, Brandi Cyrus, who was on the trip, had something to say.

When her podcast co-host asked her "What is going on?" Brandi coyly responded, "Are you just jealous you're not apart of the whole thing?"

She finished up the conversation, "The only thing I am going to address is I ask people to respect our privacy while on vacation."
