Miley Cyrus Lists All The Things She Loves About Husband Liam Hemsworth For His Birthday

From ELLE

If Miley Cyrus' latest Instagram post is anything to go by, she and Liam Hemsworth are clearly still in a state of newlywed bliss.

To mark Liam's birthday, Miley paid tribute to her new husband on Instagram.

Rather than your typical 'Happy birthday babe' caption shared alongside a cute selfie, the 26-year-old took the opportunity to instead write a love note to her beau listing absolutely everything she loves about him.

Prepare to get emotional.

Among the many things Miley lists about her actor husband, our favourites include:

'The way you look at me, the way you look at our dogs... our pigs, our horses, our cats, our fish.'

'The way you go outside when I ask, "What's the weather like?" instead of checking your phone...'

'I love the way we speak in our own language. Sometimes with just a look.'

'I love how you'll sit and listen to me pluck out a new tune on the guitar for hours.'

'I love how you let me be me.'

Miley ends the gushing note by thanking Liam for 'giving me the happiest days of my life'.

For good measure though, the next post Miley shared was an excellent throwback of the couple from 2009, which - while not as romantic as the love note - we definitely appreciate nonethelesss. We're feeling serious prom dress inspo.

Miley, who wore a stunning Vivienne Westwood bridal gown on her wedding day, and Liam tied the knot just before Christmas in Tennessee and confirmed their marriage to the rest of the world by sharing some of the beautiful portraits from the secret ceremony on Boxing Day.

As well as the thousands of congratulatory messages which poured in from their legions of fans as well as family and friends, the author Nicholas Sparks - who penned the novel and film The Last Song where Miley and Liam first met a decade ago, also sent his well-wishes.

Happy birthday Liam!
