Miley Cyrus Hits the Studio Amid Breakup ... Wonder What She'll Sing About?!
Miley Cyrus may have a few things she wants to get off her chest -- besides Brody Jenner's ex-wife -- and it looks like we may soon have the answers we desperately need.
The 26-year-old "Cattitude" singer posted a photo of herself in front of a microphone on Monday, after returning home from her Italian getaway with Kaitlynn Carter.
Cyrus didn't caption the photo with anything, but the message is loud and clear -- new music is on the way.
Over the weekend, the singer proclaimed that she was on to a "New day. New adventure," after splitting from her husband of 1 year, Liam Hemsworth.
She also wrote, "Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win. Like the mountain I am standing on top of , which was once under water , connected with Africa , change is inevitable."
Speaking of venturing into new territory, the singer was spotted locking lips and canoodling with Brody Jenner's ex while the two sunned themselves on a yacht in Capri.
Cyrus has not spoken on her relationship with Carter yet, but did lash out at "The Hills" star after he joked about hooking up with Liam.
Cyrus has been very out in the open with her feelings, but her former partner has been less than willing to speak.
Liam Hemsworth was spotted Monday out in Australia while staying at his brother, Chris Hemsworth's, house in Byron Bay.
When asked about the breakup, Hemsworth told reporters, "You don't understand what it's like," and "I don't want to talk about it, mate."
Basically ... don't expect Liam to get in the studio anytime soon.
