The birthday boy dressed as animated superhero He-Man, while Liam dressed in a tight yellow tank top, red gym shorts, and a long wavy wig.

Miley and Liam have been spending lots of time together recently. Earlier this month the pair went to a pal's art show, posing for pics together in wacky ensembles.
