Miley Cyrus Drops New 'Sad Christmas Song' And Shares Inspirational Message For Those Feeling Lonely
Miley Cyrus has been sharing a slew of Christmas-themed posts on Instagram, one of which is a new original song she wrote and recorded in her garage studio. The song seems to be title "Sad Christmas Song," and is about being alone over the holidays.
In the caption, she says she wrote it a couple years ago, so it's unclear if its somber lyrics reflect her current mental state.

"A sad Christmas song I wrote a few years back right before the holidays. Was feeling like shit cause I couldn’t be with the one I loved. Even with a house full of family and friends I still felt alone. In ways that still feels relevant and someone reading this right now could possibly relate!" Cyrus wrote in the caption.
The second half of the post shared an important message for people who might be feeling lonely during the holidays, as so many often do.
"If you feel lonely this season just know YOU ARE COMPLETELY MADE OF MAGIC! You are as special as a snowflake , beautifully unique and I hope inside your soul feels light, hope , peace , and joy knowing how singularly amazing YOU are! Love always wins!" she wrote.
Fans in the comments loved the song. "Love you so much Miley! I hope you have a wonderful Christmas surrounded by the ones you love," one wrote.
"I relate to this so much 💕 thank you for sharing. Loneliness and holidays can be tough," another said.

On Sunday night, Cyrus shared another Instagram post with more Christmas music. This time, it is a couple of classics that she recorded.
"Getttttt in the f--kinnnnn spirit yalllllll!" she wrote. "Rockin around the Christmas tree & Sleigh Bells are both up on Spotify from a few years ago! Oldies but goodies! These covers plus some punkinnnnn pie is sure to get ya vibes & maybe a holi-jay."
