Mike Tyson Hosts UFC Champions for 'Dominance MMA Management' Media Day

Mike Tyson opened the gates to his beloved Tyson Ranch to celebrate a new management company that brings together the largest collection of top-ranked MMA fighters in the world.

Dominance MMA Management is led by CEO Ali Abedlaziz, who is the longtime manager of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Ali has assembled a management company housing some of the biggest names in MMA with an intention of collectively working to secure the biggest fights and contracts from all the major mixed martial arts promoters, like UFC and Bellator.

With the help of Tyson Ranch CEO Rob Hickman, and Tyson himself, The first Dominance MMA Media Day was held Tuesday afternoon at the Tyson Ranch offices.

Over two dozen of Dominance MMA's fighters were on hand to have lunch with members of the media and sit down for a very casual Q&A session.

The fighters in attendance included Kamaru Usman, Henry Cejudo, Frankie Edgar, Cody Garbrandt, Fabricio Werdum, Ottman Azaitar, Abu Bakr Azaitar, Marlon Moraes, Anthony Johnson, Corey Anderson, Kelvin Gastelum, Justin Gaethje, Aaron Pico, Mark Madsen, Ilir Latifi, Marvin Vettori, Beneil Dariush, Claudia Gadelha, and Dan Ige.

Mike Tyson thanked everyone for coming out, and passed the microphone over to Ali, who spoke on the importance of MMA fighters having representation in today's fighting culture.

Many of the Dominance MMA athletes also spoke on how confident they are in Ali being able to take their careers to the next level, and expressed excitement in the future of competing at the highest level in their sport.

They also talked about new opportunities with Dominance, like Kamaru Usman, who is dreaming of a venue close to his homeland.

Usman, a Nigerian-American star, is currently the UFC Welterweight Champion and said he hopes to one day holding a major fighting event in Africa.

The event was a big success and seeing all the fighters come together under one roof was pretty special.
