Mike Tyson to Hand Out $1 Million Prize Checks to Winners of PFL Championship
Mike Tyson is going to ring in the New Year by making 6 professional fighters extremely happy because he'll be awarding giant $1 million prize checks to the winners of a historic night of MMA action.
The Professional Fighters League has announced that their 2019 Championship will be held on December 31 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden in NYC.
During the PFL Championship, six fighters will be crowned champions in their respective weight classes as the culmination of the league's second year comes to a close. Each bout during the night will have a prize of $1 million.

To mark the momentous occasion, The Blast is told boxing legend Mike Tyson will be on hand to deliver the million-dollar prizes.
The boxer turned business mogul has been working hard with his team as he continues to strengthen his cannabis company, Tyson Ranch, as well as other ventures that are doing business with The Ranch Companies.
Rob Hickman, CEO of Tyson Ranch, is excited about the affiliation with the PFL and tells The Blast he’s looking forward to the action at MSG on New Year’s Eve.
53-year-old Tyson has previously spoken about why he likes the Pro Fighters League, saying “I’m attracted to the fight model of PFL because they empower their fighters,"

Lance Palmer vs. Alex Gilpin
Brendan Loughnane vs. David Valente
PFL CEO Peter Murray told MMA Junkie:
“We’re thrilled to continue our annual tradition and bring back the biggest night in MMA to New York City on New Year’s Eve at Madison Square Garden. The ball will not drop until the six belts are raised."
He added, “With six weight classes, six world title fightsand six $1 million dollar prizes on the line, the PFL Championship is a must-see event."
