The Jersey Shore star, 41, and his wife, 38, shared exclusive photos with PEOPLE from their first family photo shoot with newborn daughter Luna Lucia, whom they welcomed in early March. In one sweet picture, Sorrentino and Lauren pose together in matching beige outfits, with the reality TV star holding son Romeo Reign, 2½, and daughter Luna in his lap.
Next to her husband, Lauren holds daughter Mia Bella, 15 months, smiling as her photo is taken. Other photos show the three Sorrentino siblings sitting together on a fuzzy carpet, with Luna swaddled in a white knit blanket.

"We are over the moon to welcome Luna Lucia into the Sorrentino family," the couple tells PEOPLE. "She has been such a blessing. Romeo and Mia Bella are just as in love as we are. We couldn't be happier to be a Situation family of 5!"

Mike and Lauren Sorrentino's kids Romeo, Mia and LunaSorrentino and his wife welcomed daughter Luna last month, sharing the happy news on their Instagrams. In one of the photos, the proud dad stood behind his wife and placed a hand on her shoulder while she held their baby girl. The couple also included photos from the hospital, as well as a selfie of the couple.
"Gym Tan Situation Family of 5 ‼️ We are overjoyed to announce the newest member of our growing Italian family," they wrote in their joint Instagram post.
"Luna Lucia Sorrentino 🌙 born March 6th 2024 at 3:49pm weighing in at 5 pounds 6 ounces and 18.25 inches in length. 3 under 3 will be quite the situation but we wouldn’t have it any other way 🍼."
