The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star covered himself in his own blood for a vampire facial on Friday.
You'll recall, this technique became famous after Kim Kardashian promoted it years ago.

The Sitch documented the bloody good time on his social media Friday.
Posting a video from the dermatology chair, the reality star showcased his forehead with his own blood smeared across it.

"Getting my favorite Vampire Facial," Mike wrote.
Capturing another video, he thanked the New Jersey dermatology team for the pricey pamper session.
While the pricetag can range depending on location, the vampire facial can cost up to $1,000!
Kim's Bloody Mess
Kim shocked fans when she posted a bloody snap from her own vampire facial way back in 2013.
Always one to start a trend, so many wondered what the heck a vampire facial even was!
The process uses "your own blood to help promote the healthy activity of your skin cells," according to Allure Magazine.
Aside from the initial blood draw, it's said to be relatively painless.
Volunteering!
The Sitch has been on a mission to improve himself since being released from prison last month.
As The Blast reported, he's teaming up with several rehab facilities and volunteering his time as a mentor.
The star has struggled with substance abuse in the past so this is something near and dear to his heart.
