Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is four years sober and he's not looking back. The "Jersey Shore: Family Vacation" star revealed his sober birthday on Christmas Eve and stated that getting clean was "one of the best decisions" of his life. Celebrating the monumental day, The Sitch posted a photo reading, "4 years clean and sober," to which he wrote, "Today is My Sober Birthday 🎂 Positive Vibes Only!!" Friends and fans immediately flooded his announcement with words of support and encouragement, including his proud wife of one year, Lauren Sorrentino.

"Getting clean has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in life," he wrote while sharing a video with Lauren. "It has allowed me to become a better husband, son, and brother," he added while tagging Banyan Treatment Centers. As The Blast reported, The Situation isn't just staying sober, he's using his voice and experience to help others get clean too. The MTV star recently revealed he and his wife are donating their time as recovery advocates at treatment centers to help others who are struggling with addiction.

Since being released from prison in September, the "Jersey Shore" star is working hard to better himself. Besides working with treatment centers, he's also tearing it up in the gym!
