The 2016-17 TV season is nearing the halfway point, so here’s our annual list of midseason premiere dates for new series and new seasons of returning shows. The list covers hundreds of broadcast, cable and streaming programs bowing from January 1 through mid-May, shows that were on extended hiatus (about two months or more) and some high-profile one-off programs.
