Michael B. Jordan named People’s Sexiest Man Alive

For several years People’s Sexiest Man Alive has been announced on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!.” But instead of making the usual announcement on Tuesday night, Kimmel thought it would be more fun to make the fans guess. After a series of clues were doled out, one fan guessed Michael B. Jordan, and she was correct.

Michael B. Jordan is one of the biggest names in Hollywood at the moment. And while he’s won several awards already in his career he admits there is a little extra pressure that comes with being the sexiest man alive.

“I think the expectation now is a little unreasonable,” said Jordan. “But it's a cool title to have...They told me the news and it was a moment like, ‘S***, really? Me?’...But it was a cool moment.”

REPORTER: Michael B. Jordan is one of the biggest names in Hollywood at the moment. And while he's won several awards already in his career, he admits there is a little extra pressure that comes with being the sexiest man alive.

- I think the expectation now is like-- it's a little unreasonable.

JIMMY KIMMEL: It is.

- Just, just a little bit. But it's a cool, it's a cool title to have. They told me the news and it was like, it was a moment like, oh [BLEEP], really, like, it's me? And I was like, yeah, you, and then they kind of had this little banter back and forth. But it was a cool moment.

JIMMY KIMMEL: I bet it was.

REPORTER: Fans on social media couldn't have agreed more with the pick, with one person tweeting, "I just want to say god bless the sexiest man alive, Michael B. Jordan. People Magazine finally got it right." And as it turns out, Jimmy Kimmel also got it right earlier this year, when he guessed Michael would win because of how excited the ladies in his audience got when he said his name.

- Every time I've said it, all the women in the audience each night have--
