Miami-based restaurant to open new Sarasota-Bradenton location

A Miami-based, health and wellness-centered cafe concept will soon expand to Sarasota-Manatee, joining the growing list of restaurant openings in one of the busiest shopping and dining districts locally.

Pura Vida plans to open a University Town Center location in a 2,000-square-foot space along Cattlemen Road in The West District at UTC, with an opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2024, according to a press release.
