Mia Farrow is remembering late ex-husband Frank Sinatra on his birthday.

On Tuesday, Farrow, 78, shared a throwback photo of Sinatra, who died in 1998 at 82, on her Instagram in celebration of what would have been the singer and actor's 107th birthday.

"I bet he has those angel choirs singing some great new songs! This was the first photo i took with the Rolleiflex camera he bought for us," Farrow wrote of the photo. "He was teaching me how to use it."

"Happy Heavenly Birthday C.B. I will always love you," she added, writing an additional note in parenthesis that read, "only close friends know this but i called him ‘Charlie’ - Charlie Brown in full."

Farrow and Sinatra were married from 1966 to 1968; the marriage was Farrow's first and Sinatra's fourth. He later married Barbara Marx in 1976 and remained with her until his death, while Farrow later married composer André Previn and had a relationship with Woody Allen.

Farrow and Sinatra continued their relationship over the years even through other relationships, and Farrow said in 2013 that it is possible her son Ronan Farrow, 35, is Sinatra's child, though it's never been confirmed.

The actress shared two additional Instagram posts featuring Sinatra in celebration of the "New York, New York" singer's birthday. Both posts featured images of a dog the couple shared named Eliza; Farrow wrote in one caption that Elizabeth Taylor gifted the dog to her and Sinatra during their marriage.

"After our divorce he had custody of her (i moved to England) but he regularly kept me updated. He sent me this photo," Farrow wrote of one picture showing Eliza resting on Sinatra's shoulder.

Sinatra appeared to sign the photo as "Charlie Brown," with Farrow adding to her caption, "i called him Charlie because he could make an adorable face like Charlie Brown."

"Frank had a wonderful golden lab named Ringo. But it was out puppy Eliza who came to his recording sessions- and watched ball games beside him," she shared of Sinatra's bond with the dog in a separate post. "They were inseparable."

Farrow has shared pictures of Sinatra on Instagram in celebration of his birthday in recent years. "I hope he is somewhere wonderful where every day is a Happiest Birthday," she wrote in a 2021 birthday tribute.
