Here are metro Phoenix's best World Series 2023 watch parties and the deals they have

After edging the Philadelphia Phillies four games to three in the National League Championship Series, the Arizona Diamondbacks are heading to the 2023 World Series against the Texas Rangers.

It's the first World Series for the DBacks since 2001 and fans are ready for it. The three home games at Chase Field in Phoenix — Oct. 30, Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 — are sold out or nearly so and resale prices are sky high.

If you can't get a ticket to a game, you can experience the fun with other fans at one of the many watch parties at bars and restaurants around metro Phoenix that will broadcast every game of the series.

From the Dirty Drummer and Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar to Pedal Haus Brewery, here are the best places to be on game day.

The Dirty Drummer: If you’re looking for a Phoenix staple where you can watch the World Series, look no further than The Dirty Drummer. Opened in 1975 by Frank “Drummer” Armstrong and “Dirty Dave” Warner, the bar and grill will have World Series watch parties for the entire series. Happy hour is 2-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and midnight-2 a.m. daily with $2 off Drummer cocktails, $1 off beer and wine and $4 well drinks. There are daily food specials Monday-Friday including fish and chips, tacos, and burgers.

Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar: Games 1 and 2 of the World Series will be presented by Capitol One at Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar on Friday, Oct. 27, and Saturday, Oct. 28. The watch parties will be emceed by DBacks in-game host Mike Bauer and will include raffle prizes every half inning including Game 3 and 4 World Series tickets, postseason merchandise and autographed baseballs and bats. Full-service tables have a food and beverage minimum of $50. Viewing and drink service tables are available at no charge. Seating is first come first served. Once tables are filled, it will be standing room only.

Pedal Haus Brewery: This local brewery is a community gathering place that caters to beer enthusiasts and cyclists. Pedal Haus Happy Hour runs from 3-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and includes $4 select Haus beers, $5 well drinks, $6 Haus margs or Haus wines, and $7 steins. There are $5 bratwurst corn dogs, loaded fries for $6, boneless nuggets for $7 and $8 happy burgers.

Crescent Ballroom: This music venue, lounge and home to Cocina 10 — a scratch kitchen with Sonoran and Arizona cooking including vegetarian and vegan options — in downtown Phoenix has a full-service bar, table service in the lounge and Cocina 10. The watch party will be on the big screen in the lounge with happy hour from 4-6 p.m.

K O’Donnell’s: With fresh ingredients and dishes made from scratch daily, K O’Donnell’s also has 16 beers on tap and 70 TVs. They have happy hour deals from 3-7 p.m. Monday-Friday including $4 well drinks, $5 house wines, $1 off premium wines, $1 off draft beers, $4 cheeseburger sliders and $5 cauliflower wings. Reverse happy hour from 9-close has $3 popcorn, $2 cheese pizza slices and $5 Rumple Minz shots.

Zipps Sports Grill: With 14 Valley locations and loads of indoor and outdoor big-screen TVs, Zipps Sports Grill is a local favorite.
