Meow-ch! Musical 'Cats' gets clawed by the Razzies alongside 'Rambo' and 'Madea'

In what should be no surprise to anyone, the Razzies are joyfully going to the Jellicle Ball this year.

The maligned movie musical "Cats" earned nine nominations at the 40th annual Golden Raspberry Awards, which fetes the worst films Hollywood has to offer every year. "Cats" had the most "honors" followed by Sylvester Stallone's action film "Rambo: Last Blood" and Tyler Perry's "A Madea Family Funeral” with eight nods each.

Those three movies are up for worst picture alongside "The Fanatic," which snagged a worst actor nod for star John Travolta, and the horror film "The Haunting of Sharon Tate," which features worst actress nominee Hilary Duff. "Cats" stars including Francesca Hayward, James Corden, Judy Dench and Rebel Wilson were also nominated in the worst acting categories.
