Melissa Gorga is always ready to share her tried-and-true beauty secrets. The Real Housewives of New Jersey fashionista's essential highlighter? MAC's Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft & Gentle ($38). For a fail-proof drugstore product, Melissa loves Maybelline's Glam Black mascara ($7) — but she splurges on La Mer's Moisturizing Soft Cream ($190). And if you're looking for tips on how to flawlessly blend your eyeshadow, she's down to demonstrate her technique (watch the video above to see).

Recently, The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip cast member revealed her latest beauty obsession, and this one's from the haircare department. The Envy Boutique owner spoke exclusively to BravoTV.com about how she keeps her tresses looking healthy and shiny, and it's all thanks to a line that she dubbed the "best stuff on earth."

"I have a favorite shampoo and conditioner," she told BravoTV.com. "It’s called Aquage. I’m obsessed with it." The haircare brand is infused with a blend of marine botanicals including seaweeds, algae, and kelp — which makes sense considering Melissa's perfectly-loose waves are always at a mermaid-like level. Shampoos ($26 for 10oz.) and conditioners ($26 for 5oz.) target different areas of concern including silkiness, strength, and volume.

For Melissa, the impact of picking the right product for her locks was paramount: "It just really has changed my hair, to be honest," she said. "It’s just very conditioning. It’s so good for your color. It helps your color stay."
