Melanie Griffith Celebrates Daughter Stella Banderas' Birthday with Rare Photos: 'Love You with All of My Heart'

Griffith shares Stella with her former husband Antonio Banderas, who she was married to from 1996 to 2015

Melanie Griffith is celebrating the birthday of her youngest child Stella Banderas.

The Working Girl star, 66, posted a sweet tribute to her daughter Stella in honor of her 27th birthday on Sunday. “Happy Birthday my beautiful Stella!,” Griffith wrote as she shared a carousel of throwback pictures.

Childhood photos of Stella were included in the post, as well as a recent photo of Stella with Griffith, her sister Dakota Johnson, 33, and Johnson’s sister Grace Johnson, 23.

“Since the day you were born you have brought so much love, compassion and joy to our family and into the world,” Griffith continued in her caption. “I love you with all of my heart. I’m honored to be your Mama. ♥️♥️♥️ @stellabanderasgriffith.”

In the final photo, Stella hugged her mother as the pair stood in front of an armchair and pink balloons.

“Happy birthday, Stella 🥳💛,” actress Jaimie Alexander commented, while Kate Hudson left three-star emojis: “💫💫💫.”

Griffith shares Stella with her former husband Antonio Banderas, who she was married to from 1996 to 2015.

Announcing their split in a joint statement in 2014, the pair said: “We have thoughtfully and consensually decided to finalize our almost twenty years marriage in a loving and friendly manner honoring and respecting each other, our family and friends and the beautiful time we have spent together.”

Griffith also shares Dakota Johnson with her ex-husband Don Johnson, as well as her eldest child, son Alexander Bauer, 38, with former husband Steven Bauer.

Back in July, Griffith was spotted with a new tattoo over the place of her former heart-shaped tattoo that featured Antonio’s name. The actress’ new tattoo depicted a crossword puzzle that contained her children’s names, including her stepson Jesse Johnson.
