President Trump Attacks against Meghan McCain
The President was never fond of the entire McCain family. He has attacked them on several occasions and even wanted Meghan fired from 'The View.'
The hosts were recently discussing how Senator Rand Paul called for the media to expose the name of the whistleblower who is at the center of the impeachment inquiry against Trump. Abby Huntsman called out that the Kentucky Senator was intimidating the witness.
McCain Mentioned That Trump Has Blasted Her On Social Media
McCain is so intimidated by Trump that she recalls a time when the president badmouthed her on social media. Trump even tweeted for her to be fired on 'The View' because she was "so terrible!"
"When President Trump says something about you and zeroes you out, it is very scary and I know from experience it is very intense,” she added. “His supporters come out just like heaves of zombie apocalyptic people coming to get you and it’s very, very scary.”
She also referred to a post on Twitter from 2015 where the president mentions she was terrible on "The Five" and would never be successful on TV news stating that "Fox can do much better."
She claims she goes into work every day and assumes she's going to be fired because she creates controversy on 'The View' when discussing "Hot Topics."
