Don’t underestimate Meghan Markle’s eagle-eyed fan base and fleet of highly dedicated style bloggers. The group has seemingly identified the dress the Duchess of Sussex is wearing in a never-before-seen photo of the royal couple.

The picture of Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, was first spotted by Hello!, which pointed out that Queen Elizabeth has it framed, during a meeting with George Brandis, the Australian high commissioner to the United Kingdom, at Buckingham Palace.

The image quickly made the rounds and one sharp-eyed Instagram account, @harry_meghan_updates, identified the mystery dress as a Roland Mouret design.

The post notes that the dress is on sale for $888, but unfortunately that sale price has since sold out on StyleBop. However, the dress is still in stock on NeimanMarcus.com in sizes 4 and 10 — but it will set you back $1,560. The dress is called the Roland Mouret Royston Cap-Sleeve Square-Neck Wool Sheath Dress and, according to the product description, features a square neckline, fitted body, and sculpted cap sleeves.

Although at first glance the Roland Mouret Royston dress appears to have all the same details as the dress in question, including the same baby blue color and fitted silhouette, there was one detail that seemed off to me: its frilly cap sleeve. I dug a little deeper and found a similar Roland Mouret dress called the Barwick Draped Wool Crepe Dress, which retails for $1,795 on HarveyNichols.com. The dress features all the same characteristics and has a smooth short sleeve as seen in the photo. Yes, the Barwick version does have a draped skirt, but as Meghan’s pose is angled in the photograph, it’s hard to say for certain if her version’s draped too.

What do you think? Are either of these dresses the one in the mystery photo?
