Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are shifting some things around when it comes to their staff, adding new hires, as well as promoting some members of their existing team.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's office's former Director of Global Communications, Miranda Barbot, is moving up  to the role of Vice President of Programs and Media Operations, according to People.

New additions Charlie Gipson, who is U.K. based, and Kyle Boulia have joined the office in place of Barbot as Director of Communications and Deputy Press Secretary and Director of Communications for U.S. media, respectively, while Ashley Hansen remains Head of Communications for the couple.

These staffing changes come on the heels of several exciting projects the pair currently has in the works.

Just weeks ago, they quietly launched a new website, sussex.com, while Markle debuted her latest endeavor, lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard, in March.

Several of the royal's friends have come out in support of the newly-unveiled project—which has not yet officially launched but is slated to focus on "home, garden, food, and general lifestyle"—including former Suits costar Abigail Spencer, actress Mindy Kaling, and comedian Melissa McCarthy.

An official trademark application also reveals that the company will offer a wide range of home goods, including edible goodies like jellies, jams and spreads. Tableware staples such as cutlery, table linens and drinkware are also listed, as well as cookbooks.

Together, Prince Harry and the Duchess also run the Archewell Foundation, a charitable organization that works to "uplift and unite communities—local and global—through acts of service and compassion," per its website.

Additionally, the work for their team is plentiful, as the couple also has a production deal with Netflix, with two new shows on the horizon. One is a series where Markle will "celebrate the joys of cooking and gardening, entertaining and friendship," while in the other, Harry will "provide viewers unprecedented access to the world of professional polo."

These things aside, the former actress recently struck a deal with another podcasting partner after parting ways with Spotify, and of course, the duo often makes public appearances at high-profile events, speaking engagements and functions worldwide.
