Meghan Markle is whipping Prince Harry into shape!

The lovebirds will tie the knot in May, and it sounds like they won't be wasting any time with starting a family.

"It’s no secret among friends that they want to start a family immediately," a source revealed to NYDN. What's more, Meghan has also convinced Harry to turn over a new leaf so he can be the healthiest father he can be for their future kids.

Not only has 33-year-old Harry stopped smoking, he has also cut down on his alcohol consumption and has shed "around 10 pounds" since they announced their engagement in late November. The prince hired a nutritionist and has been working out with a personal trainer at KX Gym, where memberships cost up to $1,000 a month.

"He’s been spotted there at 7 a.m. almost every day," a source said. "He’s getting his soldier body back." If you recall, Harry spent 10 years in the military, including two tours in Afghanistan.

It's no surprise that Harry has made some major changes to his lifestyle, considering that his fianceé is a fitness and wellness enthusiast.

During the early stages of their relationship, Meghan was frequently photographed leaving yoga class in Toronto, where "Suits" is filmed. As for her diet, the health-conscious beauty tries to eat a gluten-free and vegan diet during the week, while having more flexibility to indulge on the weekends.

The future bride also meditates several times a day, a practice that has helped alleviate stress as she plans her May wedding.
