Megan Thee Stallion Channels Regina George in Iconic Bra-Baring Tank Top for New Music Video

The Grammy winner joined Reneé Rapp in the visual for their new collab "Not My Fault"

Megan Thee Stallion didn't hold back on the Mean Girls references for her latest music video!

The Grammy winner, 28, channeled an iconic look from the original 2004 film for the visual for "Not My Fault" — her and Reneé Rapp's offering for the upcoming Mean Girls movie musical.

In the music video, released Friday, the Houston rapper coined herself the "Black Regina George" as she emulated one of the character's most memorable looks from the film — a white tank top with two large holes revealing a purple bra.

Fans of the movie should instantly recognize the look as one that Rachel McAdams wore in Mean Girls nearly two decades ago. However, the musician gave it a fresh twist, pairing the top with a white skirt, metallic purple boots, pink nails and blonde hair also reminiscent of George.

She and Rapp, 23, initially teamed up for the song in December, with the disco-pop track's title being a playful nod to Lindsay Lohan’s line in the original film: “It’s not my fault you're like in love with me or something!”

“I mean, who wouldn't wanna be in love with me?” Megan raps on the song. “But I been told y'all, I'm the Black Regina George / Bikini top, booty shorts, Megan-core / You was hatin' back then, now you finna hate more / I got influence, they do anything I endorse / I run s---, to be a bad b---- is a sport.”

And while "Not My Fault" will be featured in the new film, in which Rapp will reprise her Broadway role of George, her collaborator also may have some other plans in store for this year.

Speaking with PEOPLE about her partnership with Planet Fitness in December, Megan revealed that her November track "Cobra" had "marked a new chapter of my life and career."

"I really wanted to show the rebirth of Megan and set that tone with the song and the video," she said.

When asked if the new year means new music for the H-Town Hottie, Meg didn't give too much away about her 2024 ambitions: "All I can say is the Hotties should stay tuned."
