Megan Thee Stallion has been working!

The Houston Hot Girl revealed that we’ll be seeing her on our TV screens as she competes against another family on Celebrity Family Feud.

On Tuesday (April 9), Megan teased a few images of her and her team dressed in all red for their pre-recorded episode. Her friend and hairstylist, Kellon, also makes an appearance on the show with a few of her other close ones.

“This might be in the top 5 of best family feud episodes,” Thee Stallion wrote on X. “I CANT WAIT FOR YALL TO SEE THIS #TeamMegan. The episode’s air date has not been announced, but Billboard reports fans can expect it sometime this summer.

In addition to the anticipated appearance, the three-time Grammy-winning rapper will be hitting the road with GloRilla for her Hot Girl Summer Tour. The two southern stars will stop at numerous arenas in major U.S. cities like Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and New Orleans before crossing the pond to perform in Manchester, Amsterdam, Dublin, London, and more.

“HOTTIESSS GET READY TO COME HAVE SOME FUN WITH ME AT THEE HOT GIRL SUMMER TOUR Get your outfits ready nowww,” she announced last month. “We getting started this MAY I told you what cities today to get yall prepared! im so exciteddddd.”

The 29-year-old also recently opened up to Women’s Health about how’s she staying in shape as she preps to go on the road.

“Getting out of bed to work out in the morning is a struggle,” she told the pub. “I have to get mentally prepared. I’m like, ‘I can stay here for another hour, or I can get up and go work out and be a bad bi**h. If I want to be a stallion and not a pony, I got to get up and put in the work.’”

Megan also gave the deets on her routine in the gym and the kitchen, which includes lots of consistent physical activity and healthy eating. Pilates class, running up sand hills at the beach, hitting the elliptical or StairMaster for 40 minutes, hip thrusts, goblet squats, leg extensions, and “stallion kicks” are just part of it.

Additionally, she drinks a gallon of water a day, protein shakes with strawberries, bananas, and almond milk, a natural green juice, and less sugary drinks like soda, juice, and cognac. Meg also eats nutrient-rich meals and snacks like pan-seared salmon for lunch, sea bass or cod for dinner, sweet potatoes, kale or brown rice and avocados as sides, and cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes drizzled with salt, pepper, and light balsamic vinaigrette for a snack.

However, she made it clear that she still indulges in her guilty pleasures like pepper jack cheese and dark chocolate.

“I am still a Southern girl, so I like to eat what I want,” Megan said. “I just don’t go overboard.”
