Megadeth part ways with bassist David Ellefson over sexual misconduct allegations
Megadeth has announced that bassist David Ellefson is no longer with the band after sexual misconduct allegations surfaced. The heavy metal band released a statement saying they "do not take this decision lightly" and "while we do not know every detail of what occurred, with an already strained relationship, what has already been revealed now is enough to make working together impossible moving forward."
