Meet“ The Masked Singer” season 11 costumes, from Lovebird to Ugly Sweater

Meatballs and Starfish and Poodle Moths, oh my!

It seems like only yesterday The Masked Singer unmasked season 10 winner Cow to reveal Ne-Yo, and here we are already with another batch of costumes concealing a new group of celebrity contestants.

If the season 11 masks are anything to go by, this run of episodes should be pretty wild: From the Gumball to the Ugly Sweater, these seem to be some of the zaniest costumes on the show to date.

With the new season officially underway, EW is rounding up all 16 of the new costumes below. Be sure to check back, because this story will be updated as more costumes are revealed.

Gumball

No quarters are needed to make this adorable costume work — it's just pure, colorful, nostalgic fun. The more "youthful" masks have sometimes been a diversion to conceal the true age of the performer beneath. Will this costume join the ranks of Broccoli, Gnome, Knight, Gopher, and Pineapple by containing one of the season's oldest contestants? Or will it be more true to form and have a younger singer inside?

Lizard

Can this singer hit their scales? Only time will tell, but as far as the celebrity underneath goes, if we're going off of attire alone, we'd say there's a non-zero chance Adam Sssandler is underneath.

Book

With an adorable giant green worm running throughout this oversized novel, you'd think its name would be Bookworm. But, with its feather in its cap, twin monocles, and big twirly mustache, this costume is so cute we'll overlook that lapse in judgement. If the first season 11 preview is any indication, this costume might be making a rather abrupt exit like Mickey Rourke in season 4, but we'll have to wait and see.

Ugly Sweater

How can we in good conscience call such a cute costume "ugly"? Frankly, with its big smile, oversized eyes, feathery hair, and bright colors, this mask looks like it was plucked straight from a Pixar movie. And that, plus the fact sweaters of any kind — ugly or not — are so cozy, means this life-sized bit of clothing evokes nothing but warm fuzzies.

Starfish

With its giant snorkel mask and too-cute one-piece bathing suit, Starfish looks primed for a day at the beach. Now, why a starfish would need a snorkel mask in the first place is another issue entirely, but she's so adorable we'll let that logic leap slide. Here's to hoping she fares better than last season's under-the-sea contestant, Diver (Tom Sandoval), who only made it two rounds before being eliminated.

Goldfish

Looks like season 11 has its first diva! From the voluminous orange updo to the flowy hem of her ombré dress, Goldfish looks glam from head-to-toe. These types of costumes in the past have usually disguised powerhouse vocalists, but will Goldfish continue that tradition? Stay tuned!

Lovebird

Fox got into the Valentine's Day spirit by revealing this costume to EW exclusively on the day of love. This mask, with its simple green vest and pocket watch, is a little simpler than some of the others but it's still giving us major heart eyes. The only way it could be better is if it had a partner — after all, Lovebirds got their name for a reason!

Cleocatra

Let's just call this costume Mrs. White Tiger! Rob Gronkowski, is that you again? Jokes aside, the Ancient Egypt-inspired details make this costume feel like something straight out of The Mummy, and it looks poised to really battle it out on The Masked Singer stage.

Beets

These lil veggies are hoping to leaf you amazed at their vocal chops. It's been a hot sec since The Masked Singer had a duo on stage. Now the question is, do they share singing roots, or did the show pair two singers who don't normally perform together?

Afghan Hound

The Masked Singer has had many great dog costumes over the years (looking at you Husky!) but this one probably leads the pack in being the most disturbing. The glam flapper attire aside, there's something about the costumes with extremely long necks clearly disguising the celebrity's head that are just too uncanny valley. And watching the celeb inside sing from the neck is just a bit, well, ruff to stomach.

Clock

If Cogsworth from Beauty and the Beast had a wife, this costume would be it. Now, Fox has said in the past that costumes can and do contain clues to the masked celebrity underneath, so the question must be asked: Do all of those clocks, which point to different times, have a deeper meaning about this contestant? Only time will tell.

Poodle Moth

If you had no idea what a poodle moth was before now, you're in good company. We had no idea what it was either, but Google yields some surprisingly adorable results for this Pokemon-like creature, and this costume is equally cuddly by comparison.

Spaghetti & Meatballs

The pastabilities here are endless, but here's to hoping the contestant underneath is able to cook up some fully-baked performances on The Masked Singer stage.

This king of the pride looks ready to pounce on the Masked Singer competition… or to join season 7's Ringmaster and lead the circus. Either one.

Koala

G'day mate! This little furry friend comes to The Masked Singer stage via the land down under, much like season 3's Kangaroo. Unlike that costume, however, this one is sporting a more regal look, making this contestant look like they're ready to lord over the others.
